Over the years, we’ve tasted, cooked and worked with a wide variety of meat. One thing surprised us: two cuts that look almost identical can taste completely different.

We wanted to understand why, so we spent time getting to know the people who raise and produce our meat, including visits to farms in Australia.

The things families ask us before their first order.

Are all your products grass-fed?

Yes, all our beef and lamb is grass-fed. It comes from family-owned farms in south-west Victoria, Australia, where the animals are free-range on open pasture and raised without added hormones. Good meat starts with good farming.

Is it fresh or frozen?

Our beef and lamb is imported chilled, never frozen before it arrives in the UAE. Each product page and pack states whether the item is fresh, frozen or previously frozen.

Is it halal?

Yes. All our beef and lamb is 100% halal.

When will my order arrive?

You choose your delivery window at checkout: 6am to 9am, 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 5:30pm, or 5:30pm to 9pm. Order before 11am for same-day afternoon or evening delivery. Morning windows close at 4pm the day before.

Where do you deliver, and is there a delivery fee?

We deliver to supported areas of Dubai. Delivery is AED 15 on orders under AED 200, and free from AED 200. All prices are in AED and include VAT.
